At the same time, he hascomplained that allies are dragging their feetabout joining a fight launched without their input. The International Energy Agency hascalled the war“the largest supply disruption in the history of the global oil market,” and ithas pushed up gas prices about 33 percent in just three weeks. The nationwide average gas price hit $3.91 this week, the highest in almost four years.
