Not your garden-variety slurp shop, this restaurant from a Chinese company features ramen but goes well beyond. Asian specialties like Shanghai soup dumplings, donburi and Indian flatbread are served. It also looks West with truffled fries and goes fusion with black pepper filet mignon on a bed of fried rice. Black pepper, truffle and fresh basil show up more frequently than shiso and togarashi. The dining room, with windows framing the harbor, has a few Asian art pieces on display but it’s a bare-table, paper napkin affair without a liquor license.
